  • Heavy and oversized vehicles pay a separate charge on top of this fee, at the rates set by law.
  • Turkmen trucks pay an additional 375 $ when bringing cargo in from third countries or taking cargo out of Uzbekistan.
  • For the EU and Azerbaijan the fee is recalculated on exit according to the time the vehicle actually spent in the country.
  • Humanitarian cargo attracts a reducing factor of 0.5.
  • A permit for international road carriage beyond the needs of national carriers costs 400 $ per form. Transit permits carry a factor of 0.5, permits to and from third countries a factor of 2.0.
  • Where an international treaty of Uzbekistan provides otherwise, the treaty applies.

For a temporarily imported vehicle the total of these fees may not exceed the customs payments that would be due on releasing it for free circulation.
