Export freight from Uzbekistan

We move goods out of a plant or warehouse in Uzbekistan to a buyer abroad: transport, documents, export clearance.

How export differs from import

The payments fall on the buyer

Import duties and taxes are paid by the consignee in their own country. Your side is the export: proving the goods leave lawfully and that their origin is Uzbek.

Documents matter more than the rate

An error in the certificate of origin costs your buyer their duty preference — and costs you the next order. We check the set before dispatch, not at the border.

Transport is matched to the goods

Fruit and vegetables travel refrigerated and against the clock, textiles by truck or container, machinery may need an oversized scheme.

A return leg costs less

We bring cargo into Uzbekistan constantly, and a truck that arrived with an import leaves again. Export on that leg costs less than transport hired on its own.

Export documents

  • The foreign trade contract with the buyer
  • Invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin — form ST-1 for CIS countries, form A or the general form elsewhere
  • Permits where the goods require them: a phytosanitary certificate for plant products, a veterinary one for animal products
  • Transport documents: a CMR note for road, an SMGS waybill for rail

Export by country of destination

Every lane has its own rules of origin and its own set of documents — open the country you are shipping to.

Frequently asked questions

Which lanes do you carry export on?

Every lane we run for imports: Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Korea, Turkey, Europe, the UAE, India, Iran, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan. Russia and Kazakhstan by road and rail, China through Dostyk and Altynkol, Turkey and Europe by road or via a sea leg, Iran and India through Bandar Abbas. We pick the route to suit the goods and the deadline, not the other way round.

Who pays the duties on an export?

Import charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer. Your side covers export clearance and the documents evidencing the origin of the goods.

Why does the certificate of origin matter?

It is what gives your buyer a preferential duty rate: within the CIS, an ST-1 certificate removes the import duty entirely. Without it the buyer pays the full rate — and next time chooses a different supplier.

Do you carry perishable goods?

Yes, in refrigerated transport with the temperature maintained. For fruit and vegetables the transit time is part of the quality, so we build the route around the clock rather than the cheapest rate.

Can we send a trial consignment?

Yes. As groupage we take from a single pallet — a first delivery to a new buyer does not need a whole truck.
