What we do not do
We do not carry parcels, hand-offs or personal effects: the smallest consignment we take is a pallet, and we work from shipping documents, not from a list of what is in a bag. Postal and courier items are not for us either — that is what the post office and express services are for. We do not carry cargo inside Uzbekistan; we bring it in from abroad. House moves, backhaul loads and loader crews are not ours. And we do not handle customs clearance on its own, without carriage: we calculate and file only for cargo we move.

Frequently asked questions
Where are you in Tashkent?
Katta Darxon street 5. We work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00. You need not come in person — almost everything is settled by message.
Do you carry cargo within Uzbekistan?
No. We are an international carrier: we bring goods from another country to a warehouse in Uzbekistan. Delivery across Tashkent and the region is the last leg of our own route, not a separate service.
Do I have to go to customs myself?
No. The cargo arrives at a bonded warehouse, we file the declaration and bring the consignment to you. From you we need the goods documents and a signature.
Can I send a parcel or personal belongings?
No. We move commercial consignments from a pallet upwards, against shipping documents. Parcels, hand-offs, suitcases and postal items are not something we take — that is what the post office and express services are for.
Do you work with private individuals?
We do, where it is a commercial consignment for import: clearing in an individual's name follows its own allowances and rates, and we will price both options. Personal belongings and parcels we do not carry, whoever the sender is.
How soon do you reply to an enquiry?
Within the business day. To get a rate straight away, include the weight, volume, cargo type and city of origin.
