What we do in Tashkent
Receive and hand over cargo
The consignment arrives at a bonded warehouse, clears customs and comes to you. You do not collect it yourself.
Consolidate groupage
Small shipments from several suppliers are combined into one — you pay for the space, not for a whole truck.
Clear it through customs
Declaration, duty calculation, permits. We do not do this separately from carriage — only together with it.
Deliver from the bonded warehouse
The final leg of the international carriage: from the clearance warehouse to your gate. We do not offer standalone delivery inside the city.

What we do not do
We do not carry parcels, hand-offs or personal effects: the smallest consignment we take is a pallet, and we work from shipping documents, not from a list of what is in a bag. Postal and courier items are not for us either — that is what the post office and express services are for. We do not carry cargo inside Uzbekistan; we bring it in from abroad. House moves, backhaul loads and loader crews are not ours. And we do not handle customs clearance on its own, without carriage: we calculate and file only for cargo we move.

Frequently asked questions
Where are you in Tashkent?
Katta Darxon street 5. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with a break from 13:00 to 14:00. You need not come in person — almost everything is settled by message.
Do you carry cargo within Uzbekistan?
No. We are an international carrier: we bring goods from another country to a warehouse or customs post in Uzbekistan. We run no domestic transport at all: neither urban, nor regional, nor intercity.
Do I have to go to customs myself?
No. The cargo arrives at a bonded warehouse, the licensed broker we work with files the declaration, and we bring the consignment to you. From you we need the goods documents and a signature.
Can I send a parcel or personal belongings?
No. We move commercial consignments from a pallet upwards, against shipping documents. Parcels, hand-offs, suitcases and postal items are not something we take — that is what the post office and express services are for.
Do you work with private individuals?
No. We work only with companies and registered entrepreneurs: commercial consignments from a pallet upwards, against a contract and invoice. Personal belongings and parcels we do not carry, whoever the sender is.
How soon do you reply to an enquiry?
Within the business day. To get a rate straight away, include the weight, volume, cargo type and city of origin.
