We run customs for the cargo we carry: HS code, duty calculation, declaration through a broker, release.
Customs clearance in Uzbekistan is not a standalone “file the declaration” service. The commodity code sets the duty rate, and it also drags along the list of permits without which the goods will not be released. So we arrange clearance only for the cargo we carry ourselves: the declaration is filed by a licensed customs broker we work with permanently, and the code, the payments and the documents are prepared together with them before dispatch. When one party runs both the route and the paperwork, an error in the code does not surface with the truck already at the border.
What it covers
- We pick the HS code from the description, composition and purpose of the goods — it drives both the rate and the list of permits.
- We calculate the payments before dispatch: fee, duty, excise, VAT. The figure is known in advance, not on arrival.
- We prepare the declaration file; it is lodged by the licensed customs broker we work with and registered on the day of filing.
- We check whether a certificate, declaration of conformity, sanitary or quarantine clearance, or mandatory marking is required.
- We attend the release and any inspection customs decides to run.
- If the officer disputes the declared value, we file the objection and work through conditional release.

Frequently asked questions
Will you clear cargo another carrier brought in?
No. We arrange clearance only for what we carry. Splitting the route and the customs work between two companies is the surest way to spend later arguing whose mistake it was.
How long does clearance take?
The declaration is registered on the day of filing, and up to three business days are allowed to check it. Controls by other agencies are not counted in that period.
Can I know the payments in advance?
Yes. The site has a calculator: given the commodity code it works out the fee, duty, excise and VAT at the current rates and today’s exchange rate.
What if customs disputes the value?
There is conditional release: the goods come out against security, and you have 60 calendar days to gather evidence. Once an objection is filed, the money cannot be collected by indisputable procedure — only through a court.
What import duties apply in Uzbekistan?
The duty rate follows the commodity code and runs from zero to tens of percent; some lines also carry a floor per kilogram or per unit, and then you pay whichever is higher. On top of the duty come VAT at 12%, the clearance fee, and excise if the goods are excisable. All four are worked out per consignment, not per shipment weight.

The tariff is organised by HS code, and the full schedule is on this site: enter the code or the name of the goods and you get the import duty, the excise, the permits and the marking requirements for that line.
What does the customs declaration need?
The contract and the invoice with price and delivery terms, the transport document, the packing list — and whatever the commodity code calls for on top: a certificate, a declaration of conformity, a sanitary or quarantine clearance. We tell you which of them apply before the cargo moves, not once it has arrived.
