Privacy policy

The data controller is Logistic Technology LLC, Tashkent. This page says what we learn about you, where it comes from and why. Processing follows the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On personal data”, ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019.

What we collect and where from

The request form. Name, phone, email and the message. Everything but the name and phone is optional. If the request is sent from the calculator, the calculation goes with it: the code, the value of the shipment and the payments.

The web chat. The text of your messages and your name if you gave one. The conversation reaches a manager in a Telegram work chat, and the reply comes back to the page.

The Telegram bot. Your chat identifier and your phone number if you shared it with the button. The bot uses the number to find your shipments and send status updates. Until you share it, the bot does not know who you are.

Shipment tracking. The shipment number you type. On its own it is not tied to your name.

Analytics. Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and Yandex Metrica: anonymous data on the device a visitor came from, the query they came by and the pages they opened. This is done by cookies in your browser. Metrica also records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, to show where on a page a visitor got stuck; values typed into forms are masked.

Why we need it

To answer your request and quote a price. To arrange the carriage and the customs clearance. To tell you where the cargo is. To see which pages of the site are useful and which are not.

Who we pass it to

Only those without whom the carriage cannot happen: the carrier, the warehouse and the accredited customs broker — and only what that particular shipment requires. Conversations run through Telegram, so they are processed on its servers too. Analytics data goes to Google and Yandex. Nobody else receives the data, and it is never sold.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence — while your shipment is running and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax rules require. The phone-to-chat link in the bot — until you break it yourself. Analytics data is kept by Google and Yandex under their own terms.

Your rights

You can find out what we hold, correct it, delete it and withdraw your consent. Write to sales@logistic-technology.uz and we will answer and delete it. You can unlink your phone from the bot yourself with the “/stop” command.
