We handle cargo from shipper to your warehouse under a single contract.
A forwarder does not own the truck — it organises the carriage: picks the contractors, prepares the documents, watches the schedule and answers to you for the outcome. The point is that the cargo has one responsible party the whole way, rather than five carriers each answering for their own stretch and none for the whole.
What it covers
- We choose the transport and the route for your particular consignment, not whatever happens to be free.
- We prepare and check the transport documents — an error on a waybill costs more than it looks.
- We correspond with the shipper, including in their own language.
- We supervise loading, securing and the temperature regime where it matters.
- We keep the status: where the cargo is, what comes next and when to expect it.
- We deal with delays and incidents instead of you.

Frequently asked questions
Why use a forwarder when you can hire a carrier directly?
If you have one truck on a familiar route, there is no reason to. If there are several suppliers, the mode changes along the way and the border needs the right document, the coordination work gets done by someone regardless. The only question is by you or by us.
Do you carry the cargo yourselves or subcontract?
We hire. We own no fleet, and that is an advantage: for every route we choose the carrier rather than keep our own trucks busy. The responsibility towards you stays ours.
Does a forwarder answer for the cargo?
Yes, within the terms of the contract. Insurance works separately from that: it covers the value of the goods, whereas carrier liability is capped by weight.
What do you do when a shipment is late?
We find out why and tell you without waiting to be asked. If the delay is on our side we look for a way around it; if it is at the border we give you an honest new date.
