Fergana covers the south of the valley: Kokand, Quvasoy and Margilan, clearing mostly through the Vodiy and Qoʻqon posts. Kokand has a free economic zone with the densest cluster of warehouses around it. The valley is ringed by mountains, so bringing cargo straight to a warehouse there beats clearing in Tashkent and hauling it over the pass.
